Dobby is an 10 month old male Cross-Breed. He is a gentle boy who is looking for a patient and loving family.
Dobby has not had the best start in his short life, coming from a public shelter in Romania and then spending some time in kennels in the UK, so he is understandably a little unsure of what to expect from life.
However, Dobby has recently moved to a foster home and is instantly feeling happier and more settled.
Dobby already accepts gentle touches from his fosterer and will happily take food from their hand. He is also starting to greet them with a waggy tail!
Dobby shares his foster home with other dogs, and finds such comfort and support in having them around that it builds his confidence!
Dobby would need to have a resident dog in the home that could help show him the ropes. Dobby is crate-trained and finds comfort and safety in having one as his safe space whenever he is a bit unsure.
Dobby is not yet ready to have a lead on and go for regular walks, he will first need to build a lot of confidence inside the home and garden.
Dobby will be an ideal dog for someone who has the time and patience to let him flourish and realise that he is safe and loved.
Dobby has been vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and health checked by a vet. He is currently in foster in Scotland.
