18 month old male Hungarian Vizla Cross Labrador Retriever available for adoption

[ad_1]

Rene is an 18-month-old male Hungarian Vizla/Labrador Retriever cross.

Handsome and loving Rene is a young Vizsla/Lab cross, with a short, tan, soft coat standing at medium height. Rene adores people, including children, and we advise over 10 years as he is very bouncy.

He loves his toys, especially playing tug of war and fetch and he will play for hours on his own too with his squeaky toys (he is a ‘strong’ toy chewer so needs tough toys).

Rene adores cuddles and love and will happily lie on the sofa with you cuddling and soaking up all the love and is very affectionate back. He gets on well with the other dogs and children in the house.

This gorgeous boy wants to be with you all the time and he can’t wait for his walkies – he has boundless energy but he is a very quick learner as he is food-obsessed.

Has learnt sit and wait. Is improving his loose lead walking.

Poor Rene has blotted his copybook and lost his home because he has been threatening the resident cats. The family is gutted he has to go but feels they have to protect the cats. He is staying in the home as a foster until he gets a new home.

These are some of the things the owner says about him……..

Has got used to Lying quietly in the crate while we work. But if impatient to come out, will tell us!

Almost always clean in the house now. Sleeps through at night – no howling etc. But absolutely cannot live with small furries ie cats. Reactive and high prey drive when out walking to sheep/lambs, horses, birds, squirrels, etc.

We love him to bits and will be heartwrenching when he goes. We have tried so hard to help him accept the cats.

His Best Points :
Is OK with other dogs – would really like another dog to play with.
